We present the 9 transforming projects

We present the 9 transforming projects

When we talk about social innovation, we are talking about initiatives, products or programs that profoundly change the functioning of our social environment, generating positive changes and impacting the lives of the people who make up our community. When a social innovator identifies a problem, he or she uses all his or her talent and knowledge to imagine a solution and how to implement it in a sustainable way, both economically and over time, and to make is scalable.

This is the path followed by the representatives of the 27 projects that participated, in online format, in the three regional semifinals on March 17 for Europe, March 23 for Latin America (LATAM) and March 25 for Brazil.

The nine selected projects share their transformative vocation and the goal of improving the lives of many people. The keys to its sustainability over time are its viability and scalability, so that it can be reproduced, in the future, at a national and international level, hence multiplying its scope.

Now, each of the finalists needs to convince the jury that their project has the greatest potential for innovation and social impact and that they have a plan and a team to carry it out worthy of winning the final award.

Here we introduce the finalists of the fourth edition of our Social Innovation Awards:
