The Fundación Nuestros Hijos, with the help of Fundación MAPFRE, has rolled out this project to provide care to children and young people suffering from chronic diseases so they can get back to their studies.

The goal of the project is to provide students and their families with full support so that these children can go back to school. The project also involves checking up on their progress and helping with any of the students', their families' and even the educational center's needs.

The teaching staff who will be working with the beneficiaries are specialists in psychology, special education, pedagogy, social work, etc. Moreover, employment advice is offered to young people searching for employment.

The Fundación Nuestros Hijos was created in 1991 by a group of parents who had lived through the experience of having a child with cancer. This foundation has been working ever since then to offer a high-quality, free service for children from low-income backgrounds with cancer.
