Aldeas Infantiles SOS Honduras is carrying out, with the support of Fundación MAPFRE, the “Youth training and orientation for community entrepreneurialism” project, which aims to promote the entrepreneurial spirit in 114 young people between 15 and 18 years of age in the cities of Choluteca, Ceiba and Santa Rosa de Copan.
This project aims to provide these young people with the necessary training to develop their skills and to offer them various alternatives to support them in their inclusion in society. This initiative intends to strengthen their skills needed for employment and entrepreneurship, as well as ensuring that they benefit from the learning of the former participants in the program.
Aldeas Infantiles SOS is an international children’s aid organization founded in 1949 in Imst (Austria) and is present in 134 countries. The organization is a member of UNESCO and an advisor on the United Nations Social and Economic Council.
