As a result of the collaboration of Fundación MAPFRE and InteRed Dominican Republic, 45 students have obtained diplomas demonstrating their training in inclusive practices to improve pupils’ learning in education centers.

Present at the graduation ceremony held in Santo Domingo were the First Lady of the Dominican Republic, and representatives of the collaborating institutions: the Pedro Poveda Instituto Superior de Estudios Educativos, the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic, Fundación MAPFRE and InteRed.

This initiative is directed to all those in the field of education who have the desire and the will to transform education spaces and, especially, students’ learning.

What we want to do is to provide tools to the teachers so that they can work to bring out the best in their students,” states Ana García, Head of the InteRed delegation in the Dominican Republic.
