Who is this aimed at?

Eligible applicants for these grants include primarily:

• Third sector entities.
• Social economy entities and/or companies regulated by Article 5 of Law 5/2011 of March 29 (mutual societies, cooperatives, labor societies, etc.).
• Associations, federations, and confederations regulated by Article 7 of Law 5/2011 of March 29 that have a legal personality.
• Groups of entities of the same type as those that may apply individually, which meet the requirements of Article 11.3 of Law 38/2003 of November 17 on General Subsidies, as well as the terms and conditions of the call.

They must carry out their activities at the national or regional level.

All of them must meet a series of minimum requirements, including:

• Prove financial solvency.
• Have previous experience in implementing similar projects.
• Have proven administrative and technical capacity through experience in managing EU public funds, mainly ESF.
