1.- ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE: Fundación MAPFRE, with Tax ID no: G 28520443. with registered address at Paseo de Recoletos 23. 28004 Madrid, has decided to carry out a prize draw in order to reward a reader of the “La Fundación” magazine with an Amazon gift card worth €100.
2.- PARTICIPATION: Anyone who is registered in Fundación MAPFRE’s CRM andreceives the “La Fundación” Magazine newsletter in June 2019 and fills out the survey featured in the said newsletter may take part in the draw. The participants must be over 18 years old. Participation is free and is limited to one entry per person. Each person taking part guarantees to Fundación MAPFRE the truthfulness of the information submitted in the survey and is answerable to any claim resulting from a breach of such a guarantee.
3.- TIMESCALE AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE:. Participants may take part in the prize draw by filling out the abovementioned survey, from 8am on 20 June until 11.59pm on 4 July 2019 (hereinafter, the participation period), in accordance with these terms and conditions. The campaign shall have an international scope.
4.- PRIZE: All those who have correctly taken part during the promotional period will be eligible for the prize draw, consisting of an Amazon gift card worth €100.
Under no circumstances can the prize be exchanged for another product or service or payment in cash; it is also non-transferable. Fundación MAPFRE reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar characteristics and equal value.
Fundación MAPFRE reserves the right to amend these legal terms and the conditions for choosing prizewinners as it sees fit.
5.-FORMAT OF THE PRIZE DRAW: The prize draw will be held on 5 July by means of an IT program which will generate random numbers which have been previously assigned to the participants. Fundación MAPFRE reserves the right to change the date of the draw as it sees fit.
6.- ADVISING THE WINNER: Once Fundación MAPFRE has confirmed that the winner complies with all the conditions established in these terms and conditions (that they are over 18 years old, proven by sending a copy of their Spanish ID Card or Passport by email, and once it has been confirmed that they have answered all the survey’s questions using truthful information) they will be informed of their prizewinning status on 11 July 2019 by email. The winner must communicate their acceptance or refusal of the prize by the same method, by email. Once 24 hours have elapsed since Fundación MAPFRE sent the email and the winner has not replied, it will be understood that the prize has been refused, without Fundación MAPFRE needing to make further contact and leaving Fundación MAPFRE free to allocate it to another participant. In the event that the prize is refused, either expressly or tacitly, no compensation will be made whatsoever.
In the event that the winner refuses the prize or does not comply with these terms and conditions, Fundación MAPFRE is entitled to carry out a second prize draw under the same terms as those indicated in the previous section, and so on successively. If none of the following winners accepts the prize, it shall be declared null and void.
The form of communication and the acceptance period these subsequent winners shall have shall be the same as those indicated for the original winner.
Once the prize has been accepted and the identity of the winner and their compliance with the rest of the requirements of the terms and conditions have been confirmed, the prize shall be sent by Fundación MAPFRE by email.
7.- EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS: Under no circumstances can the prize be subject to substitution, change, alteration, compensation or assignment.
Fundación MAPFRE reserves the right to postpone or cancel the draw at any time for any just cause, which shall be established in these terms and conditions and we therefore invite you to consult them following your participation.
Fundación MAPFRE does not take responsibility for errors, interruptions, defects, operational or communication delays, theft, destruction, unauthorized access or alterations to the registration material of the promotion or for any poor functioning, poor communication or error in any information received from Fundación MAPFRE, as well as technical errors as a result of traffic, faults or congestion relating to connection with the internet.
8.- PUBLICITY: The participants will find information on the prize draw and the conditions for taking part on the survey page, where they will also have these terms and conditions at their disposal.
9.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Taking part in this prize draw implies the wholesale acceptance by participants of these terms and conditions as well as the decisions on its organization taken by Fundación MAPFRE, which shall not be subject to appeal. The terms and conditions can be consulted at any time during the term of this prize draw. Fundación MAPFRE reserves the right to disqualify any participation by people who do not comply with the said terms and conditions and particularly where the information recorded is untruthful, if they use inappropriate language or make derogatory claims about the magazine, the authors and/or Fundación MAPFRE.
10.- MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES: Fundación MAPFRE reserves the right to make modifications or add successive annexes about the way the prize draw is run or the prize itself, so long as they are justified, are not detrimental to the participants and are properly communicated to them and they are given the same amount of publicity as these current terms and conditions.
11.-PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION:The participant is hereby informed and specifically agrees by accepting this document, to the processing of any data voluntarily provided, and any data that could be supplied to Fundación MAPFRE and those obtained when recording images, telephone conversations or as a result of browsing Internet websites or other media, with the purpose of processing the application and participation in the Fundación MAPFRE Awards HELP US TO IMPROVE. TAKE PART IN OUR SURVEY. (hereinafter, the Activity), even after relations have ended, including any communication or international transfers of the data that may be carried out, all for the purposes detailed in the Additional Information on Data Protection.
If the data provided refers to third parties and individuals other than the Participant, the latter guarantees to have obtained and to have the prior consent of the aforementioned third parties for the communication of their data and to have informed them, prior to their inclusion in this document, of the purposes of the processing, communication and other terms provided for in the document and in Additional Information on Data Protection.
The User declares that he/she is over eighteen years old. Likewise, in the event of data being supplied when browsing the website, about minors, the parents or tutor of the minor, specifically authorize processing of the said data, including, where applicable, those concerning health, for the management purposes detailed in Additional Information on Data Protection.
The Participant guarantees that the personal data supplied is accurate and truthful, and undertakes to maintain them up-to-date and to inform Fundación MAPFRE of any changes to them.

14.- SUPERVISION: Fundación MAPFRE reserves the right to verify, by whichever means they deem appropriate, that the participants and their participation in the campaign meet all of the requirements established in these terms and conditions. For these purposes, any participant, and especially those who are named winners or finalists, may be requested at any time to provide the information and documentation necessary to confirm compliance with these terms and conditions. Failure to provide the information or documentation requested will entail the immediate elimination of the participant from the campaign, without the need to make any notification to the said participant.
