2026 Exhibitions

This season began with the successful and thought-provoking retrospective dedicated to the Swedish painter Anders Zorn—the Spanish debut of a comprehensive overview of his work—alongside another extensive retrospective of one of the great photographers of the 20th century, the American Helen Levitt. In Barcelona, the KBr’s photography program presented a comprehensive retrospective of Walker Evans, an undisputed master of documentary photography, followed by an exhibition dedicated to Carlos Pérez Siquier, a key figure in the modernization of Spanish photography.
