He is the author of numerous technical articles and has written a book called “Planes estratégicos de seguridad vial. Fundamentos y casos prácticos”(Strategic road safety plans. Rationale and practical cases) and another entitled “La Seguridad Vial en las empresas. Programas Internacionales de Promoción” (Road Safety in Companies. International Promotion Programs).
