Fundación MAPFRE has signed a new collaboration agreement with Fundación Secretariado Gitano to promote Programa Calí, an initiative that fosters social and labor equality and inclusion for Roma women in vulnerable situations.

This agreement has been made possible thanks to a grant from Enterprise Mobility’s ROAD Forward project, launched to help promote social equity in communities across North America and Europe.

The €100,000 contribution to Programa Calí will support the development of personalized training and employability pathways, as well as awareness-raising actions to combat the multiple forms of discrimination faced by Roma women.

Through this collaboration with Fundación Secretariado Gitano, Fundación MAPFRE reaffirms its commitment to social responsibility and the creation of opportunities for groups at risk of exclusion.
