Urgent relief aid for Texas

The heavy rains that hit Texas over the last few days left a devastating scene. According to official data, 109 people were confirmed dead and 161 were missing. Kerr County was one of the hardest-hit areas, where entire communities were wiped out by the water. Thousands of families were displaced and left without access to basic services.

Fundación MAPFRE made an initial donation of more than €40,000 to support those affected. In addition, a micro-donation campaign was launched, with funds channeled through the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, a local organization dedicated to providing immediate assistance to those most in need. Fundación MAPFRE pledged to double the amount raised up to a maximum of €85,000.

It was ensured that 100% of contributions would go directly to the beneficiaries. Every gesture mattered. Every bit of help made a difference.
