This initiative helps to promote employability and active inclusion for people at risk of social exclusion, including the unemployed, women, and/or immigrants living in rural areas, by providing integrated pathways for workforce integration.

Through +Raíces, we also promote equal employment opportunities for unemployed people living in small rural towns or far from large population centers, presenting job alternatives tailored to the needs of each area.

We also seek to promote an entrepreneurial culture, self-employment, and the formation of small companies or cooperatives aimed at ensuring the continuity of basic services that are essential for rural areas, innovating in their development, or meeting new needs, thereby fostering generational renewal.

Through networking and the transfer of good practices in the areas of employment and depopulation, we will contribute to the search for and identification of viable alternatives that promote population settlement through employment.
