Communities for Employment and Sustainable Rural Entrepreneurship

The Comunidades de Empleo y Emprendimiento Rural Sostenible (Communities for Employment and Sustainable Rural Entrepreneurship) project promotes the social and workforce inclusion of unemployed people, migrants, and those in vulnerable situations in rural areas of Galicia, Castilla-La Mancha, Navarra, and Andalusia. Its goal is to improve access to employment and entrepreneurship through personalized guidance, training, and support programs tailored to the region.
The initiative encourages cooperation between local stakeholders, promotes social entrepreneurship projects, and offers training in sectors with a high demand for workers, including digital and technical skills. It also bolsters the role of women as drivers of rural development.
The project is aimed at unemployed people—especially long-term—women in vulnerable situations, migrants, and socially excluded people in rural areas.
The goal is to provide training and guidance to 575 individuals, ensuring that at least 124 secure employment or start their own businesses.
