The Hospitalarias Empleo Rural (Rural Employment Hospitality Program) aims to boost the social and workforce inclusion of vulnerable people living in rural areas of Andalusia, sustainably improving their employability and quality of life. The project is mainly aimed at women, the long-term unemployed, migrants, people with disabilities, and others at risk or in a situation of social exclusion, who face greater barriers to accessing dignified and stable employment.

Through comprehensive and personalized guidance, training, and support itineraries, the program builds personal, professional, and digital skills, adapting them to the existing employment opportunities in each local area. It also incorporates work-life balance measures, training in emerging sectors, and community participation actions that promote equal opportunities.

The expected impact is a significant improvement in the workforce integration and personal autonomy of participants. It should also strengthen the social and economic fabric of rural areas, contributing to their long-term development and cohesion.
