This initiative helps to promote employability and active inclusion for people at risk of social exclusion, including the unemployed, women, and/or immigrants living in rural areas, by providing integrated pathways for workforce integration.

Through +Raíces, we also promote equal employment opportunities for unemployed people living in small rural towns or far from large population centers, presenting job alternatives tailored to the needs of each area.

We also seek to promote a culture of entrepreneurship, self-employment, and the creation of small companies or cooperatives aimed at ensuring the continuity of basic services that are essential for rural areas, innovating in the development of these services, or meeting new needs, thereby fostering generational renewal.

Through networking and the transfer of good practices in employment and depopulation, we will contribute to the search for and identification of viable alternatives that promote population settlement through employment.
