+Rural FIT. Individualized support for employment access in rural areas

The +Rural FIT project aims to improve employability and promote workforce integration for individuals in situations of vulnerability who live in rural areas of the counties of Osona, Moianès, Lluçanès, Bages, Berguedà, and Anoia. To achieve this, personalized integration pathways are developed that combine individualized support, career guidance, training tailored to in-demand sectors, internships, and direct connections with local companies.
The target group consists of unemployed individuals or those at risk of social exclusion, focusing particularly on young people, women, migrants, and individuals over 45 who face barriers to the job market due to territorial, educational, or personal factors. The project incorporates a gender equality and non-discrimination approach, as well as efforts to address the digital divide. In terms of expected impact, the project will benefit 80 individuals and aims to achieve a 60% workforce integration rate, improve professional and transferable skills, strengthen self-esteem and personal, social, and professional self-reliance, and contribute to social cohesion, population retention, and the sustainable socioeconomic revitalization of rural areas.
