Entrena Empleo Rural (Rural Employment Training) is an innovative project designed to boost the employability of rural women. This program offers a series of group and individual sessions that focus on cross-cutting skills for employment, digital literacy and artificial intelligence, green skills training, improving emotional well-being, and promoting the value of caregiving and community networks.

It is aimed at unemployed rural women facing particular difficulties in accessing employment, such as long-term unemployed women, migrant women, women who are victims of gender-based violence, and women with disabilities.

It is expected that 17 projects will be carried out, involving at least 272 women and placing at least 81 women in jobs, through collaboration with various authorities and partnerships with companies in different regions.
