“Sembrando Empleo” (Sowing Jobs) is an initiative developed by Fundación ECCA Social with the objective of improving the social and workforce integration of individuals experiencing social exclusion, or at risk of this, in rural areas of Extremadura. The project implements integrated and personalized pathways that include career guidance, training, and job placement services, focused on developing pre-employment skills, digital skills, specialized vocational training, and legal and psychosocial support.

The project’s main goals are to:

  1. Empower and guide vulnerable groups, with special attention to women, young people, and migrants.
  2. Provide tools to improve employability and self-reliance.
  3. Facilitate access to the job market through partnerships with the local business community and proactive job prospecting.
  4. Contribute to sustainable territorial development aligned with the 2030 Agenda.

The target group includes 300 individuals who are unemployed or in precarious employment situations, residing in rural areas with limited training opportunities and low availability of integration resources.
