Application process

Fundación MAPFRE has created a citizen portal app where you can fill out your application and upload the required documentation.

To assist you in using the app, we have provided an Applicant’s Guide.

If you have any difficulties using it, please send us your query using the following form.

You will need a digital signature certificate issued by an authorized certifying entity (these can be found on the website of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation – List of trusted providers of electronic trust services (mineco.gob.es) of the Spanish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation).

Once you have logged in, you can download all the forms you need to fill out and upload them to the app along with the rest of the documentation.

Fill out all the required information, upload the necessary documentation, and submit your application.
