Emotional Wellbeing

The time to act is now

The time to act is now

As early as 1946. the World Health Organization (WHO) defined health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing”. A lot has happened since then, and the notion of emotional wellbeing now permeates our daily environment. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness have become important tools for treating a society that lives too quickly.Unfortunately, however, stress, depression and anxiety also have increased, in some cases in a particularly worrying manner. In fact, the WHO predicts that in 2020, depression will be the main cause of disability of the world’s population.

Given this situation, don’t you think it’s time to also change our habits? Now is the time to act, to take care of ourselves, claiming a time and a space to stop and focus on ourselves. We want to help you prioritize your health and emotional wellbeing.

Know yourself. Don’t exceed your limits.

Stay balanced. Take care of your mind.
