Required documentation

The following is a list of the documents (in PDF or Excel format) that you must provide to prove the eligibility of the entity:

1. Administrative documentation related to the entity applying and its legal representative, affidavits, articles of association, and others.
2. Documentation proving the experience and solvency of the entity applying.
3.  Budget files, schedule (both in EXCEL format) and CANVAS model according to the models provided by Fundación MAPFRE. You can find these models by accessing the citizen portal app.
4. Other complementary information proving the existence of internal policies or procedures such as a code of ethics or conduct, anti-fraud measures, diversity and equal opportunities, among other things.
