Employability

Through our Employability program, we improve access to employment and enhance employability through initiatives that combine training, work experience, hiring support, and direct connections with employers. Our goal is to create real employment opportunities, especially in rural areas and for people facing the greatest barriers when it comes to entering the workforce.

We promote initiatives that strengthen professional skills, expand training in high-demand sectors, and support job creation, contributing to inclusion, equal opportunities, and the economic development of regions.

Through our grants for recruitment programs we aim to foster employment, facilitating access to the labor market for the unemployed, with a particular emphasis on people with intellectual disabilities, and helping small enterprises to recruit new staff.
