Thanks to this project, with the collaboration of the Casa de la Amistad, children and their families can benefit from full support and educational assistance in order for students who are suffering from chronic diseases to be able to go to class.
The Republic of Chile, a narrow strip of land 4,270 kilometers long and never more than 445 kilometers wide, is located between the Pacific Ocean and the Andes mountain range. The country’s indexes of economic growth, quality of life, human development and GDP rank it among the highest in Latin America. Fundación MAPFRE is a partner on a project in the capital Santiago de Chile and on another in La Pintana.
A total of 72 boys, girls and young people up to 18 years old take part in this “Educational Support” project, in which the Fundación Padre Semería offers support classes in order to help combat academic failure.
