It is extremely difficult for a tuna fishing company to assess how much it is going to catch and what the actual cost of fishing this catch will be, and even more challenging to work out how much it will actually make from the sale of this catch. The aim of this publication is to identify, analyze and evaluate the risks that might arise in the management of tuna fishing companies to establish the right processes and systems of action to manage these risks.
