From four geographical areas, Brazil, the rest of Latin America, Europe and, for the first time, the United States, the shortlisted projects provide viable, inclusive and sustainable solutions to problems related to health; aging populations; promoting the participation of older adults, their value and contribution; the prevention of unintentional injuries; and safe and sustainable mobility.

On May 24 in Madrid, the finalists, from Spain, Germany, Brazil, Chile, Guatemala and the United States, will participate in the Grand Final to win one of the three prizes of 40,000 euros.
