The Fundación InteRed, supported by Fundación MAPFRE, has rolled out this project designed to train teaching staff from the country's educational system and CAID staff, in order to ensure they are providing an inclusive education.

The project seeks to establish a training process for teaching staff in order for them to go on to reflect these practices in their classes they teach their students. The entire process will be complemented by back-up and support in the classroom to consolidate their learning.

They also propose incorporating training and awareness-raising for the management teams of educational centers, i.e. management and coordinators, educators and counselors, as well as the students' families.

InteRed is an NGO which was founded in 1992 and promoted by the Teresian Association. It serves as a network to exchange ideas and promote solidarity among societal groups, towns and cultures from the north and south. Since its inception, it has taken the long-standing tradition of the Teresian Association as its reference and has a social and educational outlook.
